Senior Tax Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare CIT WHT and SST filings
• Prepare STAT CIT calculation for statutory financial audit purpose.
• Prepare tax accounting relevant work including CIT/WHT/SST reconciliation CIT return to provision etc.
• Prepare payment settlement of open tax liability if necessary (e.g. ECI SST CIT etc.)
• Prepare cash forecast for CIT/SST and WHT when required
• Closely monitor tax relevant ruling updates
• Liaise with local tax authority on daily tax issue
• Assist with all indirect tax operational matters
• Support Tax audit tax project and other ad hoc as required

Required Qualifications

• bachelors degree or equivalent MICPA is preferred
• More than 3 years of work experience in CIT VAT WHT in large multinational firms accounting or consulting firms.
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Malay
• Good working knowledge in a multinational environment
