Senior Supervisor Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

• Act as the appointed A0/ A4 Chargeman for the facility ensuring compliance with ST requirements.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of:
  • LV/HV electrical systems
  • Transformers switchgear and distribution boards
  • Generators UPS and power backup systems
• Ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently with minimal downtime.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Lead troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Ensure timely closure of corrective maintenance activities.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with:
  • Electricity Supply Act & Regulations
  • Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements
  • Company HSE policies
• Enforce safe working practices and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Support audits inspections and statutory certifications.

4. Team & Contractor Management

• Supervise facility technicians and external service providers.
• Monitor contractor work performance ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance coaching and training to team members.

5. Stakeholder & Authority Liaison

• Liaise with external authorities such as:
  • Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)
  • Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations Procurement HSE) to support facility needs.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records including:
  • Maintenance logs
  • Electrical drawings and schematics
  • Compliance certificates and reports
• Prepare technical reports and updates for management review.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Propose improvements for system reliability and cost optimization.
