Senior ServiceNow Developer Technical Lead

• Designs develops configures and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
• Delivers new functionality across applications.
• Administration configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
• Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers business needs.
• Developing integrations.
• Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation Customer Service Management (CSM) and integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases 
• Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
• Experience with LDAP Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS for authentication and access management.
• Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems 
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
