Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Senior Sales Associates / Sales Associates to join our luxury client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience throughout the customer journey.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through active clienteling.
- Understand clients needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and styling advice.
- Develop strong product and brand knowledge to confidently engage and inspire clients.
- Proactively follow up with clients on new collections product launches and boutique activities.
- Support daily boutique operations including stock management visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with the boutique team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Uphold the brands image service standards and values at all times.
