Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Kuala Lumpur office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition within the IT sector with deep regional expertise across Southeast Asia. This role requires someone who has previously worked with a top-tier multinational recruitment firm and can bring best-in-class recruitment practices to Turnkey Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across Southeast Asia including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
• Source attract and engage high-calibre talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter referrals networking job portals and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche IT skill sets (IAM PAM GRC SAP Cybersecurity etc.).
• Lead candidate assessments covering behavioural fit values alignment and technical competency reviews in partnership with hiring managers.
• Provide regional market intelligence on talent availability salary benchmarking hiring trends to support informed hiring decisions.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Turnkey Consulting as an employer of choice in the IT consulting space.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies data privacy requirements and local labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the organisations talent database.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill source effectiveness pipeline health and offer acceptance rates.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience specializing in IT roles across Southeast Asia.
• Prior experience working at a top-tier multinational recruitment firm.
• Strong network and market knowledge of IT talent in Malaysia Singapore Indonesia Thailand and the wider SEA region.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high-quality hires under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelors degree in human resources Business or related field preferred.
