The role focuses on enhancing transparency and operational efficiency through KPI tracking risk mitigation and continuous improvement of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Project Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Excel and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of capacity planning resource management and process optimization.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear structured reports for senior leadership.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
