Senior Process Improvement Engineer (DBDA)
Job Summary
As a Senior Process Engineer you will lead process optimization and yield improvement initiatives for SOT23AB package manufacturing. The role focuses on improving process capability product quality and manufacturing efficiency through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Drive process optimization and yield improvement projects.
- Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct DOE process characterization and capability studies.
- Support process qualification validation and technology transfer activities.
- Analyze process performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Product Engineering Quality and R&D teams to improve process robustness and performance.
- Lead cost quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Materials Science Manufacturing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
- Experience in semiconductor assembly process engineering.
- Knowledge of SOT23AB or similar discrete package manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of SPC DOE FMEA 8D and RCA methodologies.
- Experience in process optimization and yield improvement.
- Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience using JMP Minitab or similar statistical tools.
- Knowledge of reliability testing and failure analysis.
- Experience in NPI and technology transfer activities.
