Scope of Works:

• Design implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure including IP subnets LAN/WAN wireless networks firewalls Meraki and VPN gateways.
• Plan and execute data centre and office network migrations deployments upgrades and optimizations to improve performance reliability and scalability.
• Design and implement solutions to address complex network challenges within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure network security audit readiness and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact and network downtime.
• Perform capacity planning performance tuning and proactive monitoring of network and security environments.
• Develop and maintain network backup recovery and failover strategies to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with Development Infrastructure Security and other technical teams to deliver network and security solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define and maintain network standards procedures and High-Level Design (HLD) / Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Manage network incidents and changes through ServiceNow including the resolution of P1/P2 incidents and adherence to established change management processes.
• Evaluate and implement network technologies automation tools and templates to improve operational efficiency and network performance.
• Maintain accurate network configurations policies technical documentation and best practices for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior team members.
• Participate in a collaborative global team environment and support network operations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering or Network Architecture within an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience in implementing and supporting enterprise network technologies including:
  • SD-WAN
  • BGP
  • Wireless networking
  • Cisco IP VPN
  • Meraki
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches including configuration troubleshooting upgrades and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network security including Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC).
• Good understanding of TCP/IP RADIUS and TACACS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience using Wireshark and packet analysis tools.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) solutions including edge and border layers.
• Strong understanding and experience in designing solutions for high availability disaster recovery and failover.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and DMZ network traffic management.
• Good knowledge and experience in preparing HLD/LLD network design documentation.
• Strong understanding of network security performance and availability best practices.
• Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work effectively within a global flexible and dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

• CCNP or equivalent certification/experience in Routing and Switching.
• CCNA certification.
• CCNP Security certification.
• Cloud networking certifications or experience with AWS and Azure are an advantage.
• Exposure to network automation tools scripting and automation technologies is an advantage.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
