Senior IPRAN & Data Communication Technical Support Engineer

IPRAN / IP Network Experience Solid hands-on experience with IPRAN IP/MPLS routers and switches covering network operations maintenance deployment and technical support.

Routing & Switching Strong working knowledge and practical experience with BGP OSPF IS-IS MPLS L2/L3 VPN VLAN QoS and Ethernet.

Advanced Fault Troubleshooting Able to independently diagnose and resolve complex network faults including routing issues packet loss latency link failures interface problems service interruptions and connectivity problems.

Network O&M Experience in network monitoring alarm analysis configuration checks performance analysis preventive maintenance network optimisation and service recovery. NMS/EMS experience is an advantage.

Customer & NOC Support Able to work directly with telecom operators the NOC field engineers and project teams to handle major faults and drive issues to closure.

RCA / PIR & Technical Reporting Able to prepare and lead RCA/PIR fault reports technical analysis and troubleshooting reports and to explain technical findings clearly to customers.

TM / YTL Experience (Highly Preferred) Relevant TM or YTL experience in IPRAN IP networks data communication or transmission networks is highly preferred.

Technical Leadership Able to guide junior engineers coordinate troubleshooting activities and take ownership of complex technical issues.

Communication & Customer Management Good English communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
