Job Scope(s):

  • Plan and lead vendor kick-off pre-production and pre-inspection meetings to align on project scope schedules deliverables and expectations.
  • Monitor and expedite vendor manufacturing and material deliveries against PO contractual delivery dates and Required on Site (ROS) dates.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to ensure timely approval of vendor drawings calculations datasheets and other technical documents in line with project schedules.
  • Liaise with QA/QC and Testing & Commissioning teams to ensure vendor compliance with approved procedures and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) requirements.
  • Arrange and coordinate third-party and internal inspections including witness and hold points as well as field expediting activities where required.
  • Review expediting and inspection reports identify potential delays or non-compliances and drive timely follow-up and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate shipment and logistics activities to support the on-time delivery of materials to site.
  • Work closely with Package Engineers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of technical and delivery-related issues.
  • Ensure timely submission of final Vendor Data Records (VDR) and follow up on outstanding deficiencies discrepancies and carry-over punch list items.
  • Liaise with vendors and Finance to resolve payment or commercial issues that may affect delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date expediting reports progress records and other agreed project documentation.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and proactively communicate delays or issues to the relevant project stakeholders.
  • Support overall project objectives by ensuring materials and equipment are delivered in accordance with approved schedules and contractual requirements.

Requirement(s):

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • 610 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Expediting preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience working on EPC EPCIC or EPCM projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in vendor expediting manufacturing progress monitoring inspection coordination and material delivery tracking.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes engineering documentation and quality requirements.
  • Familiarity with PO contractual dates Required on Site (ROS) dates ITPs VDRs and vendor documentation.
  • Strong planning coordination communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities while working within tight project schedules.
  • Self-motivated results-oriented highly ethical and committed to compliance with company policies and procedures.
