Senior Engineer, Industrial Engineering

Broad Function:

1. Manufacturing data study and analysis based on Industrial Engineering Technique in order to meet the optimum Efficiency utilization and effectiveness.

2.  Prepare analysis for Executive decision making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:

• Perform and supervise IE organization in order to meet company requirement
• Provide effective presentation to all concern parties for outstanding issues and recommend the corrective action.
• Provide Plant Capacity Model. Manage the factory to meet the target with better efficiency  
• Propose the factory layout and machine Time frame to meet the Capacities ramp up.
• Synchronize and consolidate the project expansion activities concerned number Machine needed process guarantee factory layout and transition plan.
• Flow process Improvement by Re-layout.   
• Support Capacity and PC in order to meet their objective for Asia Demand Requirement. 
• Ensure commonality/standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites.
• Ensure that the layout and working method of machinery tools and equipment to be in safe condition
• Promote and support the EHS activities e.g. waste segregation energy saving good catch reporting etc.

• Propose review and approve Annual Compensation Review (ACR) Short Term Incentive (STI)
• Propose review and approve Time and Attendance (e.g overtime shift pattern annual vacation)
• Assign work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals that complies with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
• Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance to this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
• Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company
• Report near-miss close-call and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations
• Report product / production irregularity anomaly defectives in relation to product quality assurance
• Stop working if unsafety or effected to environment and immediately inform manager.

Qualifications :

Required :

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field / MBA will be advantage
• 3-5 Years and above

Skills :

• Analytical skill
• Coordination skills
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills

Preferred :

•  Computer literate i.e. software packages and/or. Programming languages Auto CAD
• Exposure to SPC TPM CPI Simulation and MTM will be an added advantage.
• Efficient in Communication skill Negotiation English Conversation as a team leader
