Senior Director, Strategic Planning

Company Background

We are representing our client a federal statutory body in Malaysia responsible to look for a Senior Director Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the organizations strategic plan based on its vision mission and objectives.
• Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of operations.
  
• Manage the organizations KPI process including training and the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Evaluate organizational performance using appropriate performance measurement systems.
  
• Ensure the timely preparation of KPI Dashboard and Strategic Goals Initiative Scorecard reports.
  
• Ensure continuous communication sessions with internal stakeholders (Management and Staff) regarding the organizations strategic goals and the implementation of initiatives.
  
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on KPI and SSG8 including related reports data and information.
  
• Conduct reviews or research through academic studies on policies and operational practices related to the water and sewerage industry.
  
• Assist the Executive Director with matters and duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A Masters Degree orBachelors Degree in Management Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning business management corporate leadership and financial decision-making.
• Good understanding ofwater services sewerage or utilities industries
