Key Responsibilities
MDG Operations Leadership
- Lead delivery of MDG operations including incidents changes enhancements and data quality initiatives.
- Manage MDG workflows BRF data models validations derivations and CR processes.
- Ensure master data processes align with standards and governance.
Onsite Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary onsite MDG focal point for IT and business.
- Provide operational updates manage escalations ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct requirement workshops testing cycles and align business data owners.
Master Data Governance & Quality
- Define data governance policies KPIs workflows.
- Resolve data inconsistencies duplicates lifecycle issues across MDG domains.
- Support governance committees and data stewardship forums.
MDG Enhancements & Project Support
- Lead functional/technical designs for MDG enhancements and integrations.
- Support S/4HANA transformation MDG consolidation BTP workflows and integrations.
- Coordinate with Basis Security ABAP Integration and Functional teams.
MDG Technology & Landscape Management
- Oversee MDG configuration DRF replication data distribution and performance.
- Support transports testing cutover release planning.
Incident Problem & Change Management
- Lead RCA and resolution for MDG issues.
- Validate and approve MDG-related changes as per governance.
People Management & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor onsite/offshore teams.
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Support AMS transformation and process improvement.
