Senior Consultant

My client is looking for a Senior Consultant to help companies improve how they lead and grow their people. Youll use a mix of consulting skills workshops and smart technology (including AI). Projects include developing leaders spotting talent and changing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Project Delivery

• Lead projects that help clients build better leaders and teams
• Run group sessions conduct stakeholder interviews and evaluate organisational performance and gaps
• Run workshops give feedback and guide development conversations
• Produce detailed written reports key insights project proposals slide presentations and strategic advice.
• Keep projects on track maintain quality and ensure client satisfaction

AI-Enabled Talent & Leadership Solutions

• Manage AI talent tools assessments 360 feedback surveys dashboards and digital coaching
• Translate assessment data into actionable leadership and organisational advice
• Work with clients to make better decisions using people data and tech-powered insights
• Play a role in creating and customising AI-driven consulting solutions and tools

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build good relationships with senior leaders and HR teams
• Align client business goals with practical scalable people solutions
• Contribute to business development by writing proposals giving solution presentations and joining client conversations
• Find new opportunities to offer more consulting and tech solutions

Research & Innovation

• Keep up with the latest trends in leadership HR tech AI and future workforce practices
• Share new ideas improve consulting methods and enhance digital tools

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with consultants trainers tech partners and project teams to deliver complete solutions
• Guide junior consultants and help them improve their project skills and abilities

Requirements

Must-have

• 57 years of experience in consulting leadership training talent management or HR advisory work
• Experience with assessments 360 feedback tools employee surveys culture diagnostics or HR tech platforms
• Strong skills in running workshops presenting consulting and working with stakeholders
• Professional English (other languages are advantages)
• Familiarity with AI talent tools people analytics or digital learning platforms is an advantage
