Role Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Consultant is to manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. They will also be responsible for creating meaningful impact on our clients businesses and as a key interface between Kantar and our clients.

The role includes client engagement consultancy study design and analysis driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performa

Role Requirements

• A curious mind & collaborative nature
• Over 6 years proven experience in quantitative research and insights with a good background/experience in brand health tracking/ brand guidance work
• Desire to work in a highly exciting fast-paced and changing environment
• Proven track record to handle multiple workstreams and projects at the same time
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Has a passion for discovering stories and patterns hidden in datasets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with partners of all levels
