We are in search of a key team member to join our Academy team at PwC Malaysia.In this role you will support the growth management and delivery of professional qualification and certification programmes for clients and learners. You will be responsible for programme management stakeholder engagement go-to-market activities and learning delivery working closely with clients professional bodies strategic partners and internal teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong project management stakeholder management communication and business development skills along with a passion for professional education and lifelong learning.
What you will be doing:
Programme& Project Management
Manageprogrammesfrom enrolmentthrough tocompletioncertificationand reporting.
Coordinateprogrammetimelines communicationsresourcesand stakeholder engagement activities.
Support and manage client projects ensuringtimelydelivery and achievement of projectobjectives.
Monitor learner progressprogrammeperformanceand key metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conductprogrammeevaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Development & Go-to-Market
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to driveprogrammegrowth and enrolment.
Prepare proposalspresentationsand client-facing materials.
Support promotional activities webinarseventsand client engagement initiatives.
Learning Design & Delivery
Designcoordinateand deliver learning interventionsworkshopsand certification-relatedprogrammes.
Support the development ofprogrammecontent learningmaterialsand participant resources.
Facilitate selected learning sessions and participant engagement activities.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learner outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients professional bodies universities certificationprovidersand strategic partners.
Collaborate with subject matter expertstrainersand internal teams to ensure successfulprogrammedelivery.
Act as a key point of contact forprogrammeparticipants and stakeholders throughout theprogrammelifecycle.
Preferred Skills
Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years of relevant workexperiencein professional education learning and development(L&D) consulting or related fields.
Knowledge of professional qualificationscertificationsor educationprogrammeswill be an added advantage.
Strong project management problem solvingcommunicationandinfluencing skills.
Proficient in data analyticsandexcellent organizational skillswith attention to detail.
Able to implement L&D initiatives evaluate and recommend learning solutions / enhancements.
Strong stakeholder managementwith the ability to support client engagement and business development activities.
