Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- In charge of design adaptation artwork builds in accordance with client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Interpret and translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into high-quality artwork execution.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver creative design solutions that meets client brief.
- Produce high-quality adaptive design artworks that meet or exceed global industry standards ensuring accuracy consistency and timely delivery using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Ensure brand and design consistency across all client deliverables.
- Take ownership of end-to-end artwork delivery including handling complex and high-value projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality control and act as a quality gatekeeper ensuring all outputs meet required standards.
- Conduct artwork reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall team quality.
- Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting artwork and production issues including resolving complex and escalated cases proactively.
- Interface with clients stakeholders and external vendors to resolve artwork-related issues and manage expectations.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines managing multiple accounts and often changing priorities.
- Provide solutions and support the implementation of efficient workflows tools and processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Drive adherence to best practices standards and workflows across the team.
- Train coach and mentor junior Adaptive Artists supporting onboarding and capability development.
- Build strong internal partnerships and collaborate with team members and coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School/ Diploma/ Degree in Art & Design Printing Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in adaptive design artwork production pre-press printing packaging advertising or digital imaging.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and related tools.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven ability to train coach and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
