Job Summary
Company Background
Our clientis an EMS provider which specializing in PCBA electronic product assembly procurement warehousing and supply chain solutions for the electronics industry. The company serves customers across Malaysia and international markets through operations in Malaysia Japan Singapore China Hong Kong and Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full set of accounts
- Handle fixed asset accounting
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow financial performance and account reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting financial planning and variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors tax agents bankers and regulatory authorities.
- Support ERP implementation system enhancements data migration and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting Finance ACCA CPA CIMA or equivalent.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in accounting with hands-on experience in full set accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting cash flow management financial reporting taxation audit and statutory compliance.
- Experience preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Exposure to budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as ERP SAP Oracle or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary Range: Up to RM6k
