Work on mold & trim and form system downtime and major follow-ups of the day
Carry out mold PM per schedule and follow PM procedure
Ensure all machine repair & buy-off checklists are being updated accordingly
Perform equipment setup calibration and verification after maintenance.
Feedback on any machine spares requirement for machine utilization improvement / machine sustaining / CIPs
Proper follow up and documentation on rectification performed to engineers and supervisors
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdown occurs.
Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in production line and maintenance area
