Job Summary
What youll do:
- Receive the knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor verify the project document and create manuals if needed.
- Be able to work in Malaysia for long-term ( 7 months open to extend)
- Level 2 3 support SAP Maintenance projects with SLA committed to the clients.
- Support hours: primarily 8x5. (If customer has any major change release or urgent issue working out of service hours could be expected.)
- Develop and maintain functional specifications test scripts and other documentation related to SAP MM processes in accordance with project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with other modules such as FI/CO SD and PP.
- Conduct system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance and functionality.
- Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively
- Knowledge of the quality processes and the quality standards adopted in projects
- Report to Project Manager / Project Leader
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities and configuration.
- At least 03 years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Mandatory languages: Professional level in English
- Prior experience in manufacturing/production industry is preferred.
- SAP MM certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
What were looking for: Bachelor/masters degree in accounting/finance/economics/IT. 5 years of experience in SAP FI and CO modules. 3 years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects. Mandatory languages: Professional level in English Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. Understand and evaluate the business process as-is & to-be. Understand about accounting and financial principles and localization. Enable to consult FI/CO processes to customers. Enable to translate the business process into the SAP system. Enable to do configuration in SAP Testing and providing training to users. Experience in SAP S/4HANA SAP FI/CO Certification is a plus.
