Job Summary
- Understanding of SAP systems modules and their integration points. Familiarity with SAP Identity Management solutions such as SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM) or SAP Cloud Identity.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP IDM to meet specific business requirements. Customisation skills to extend the functionality of SAP IDM according to the organisations needs.
- Experience in integrating SAP IDM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of directory services like Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP. Experience in integrating SAP IDM with various directory services.
- Understanding of database concepts especially in the context of SAP IDM. Knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools and concepts. Ability to design and implement approval workflows for user provisioning and access requests
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in the SAP IDM environment. Proficiency in debugging and analysing logs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java ABAP or others relevant to SAP. Scripting skills for automation tasks and customisation.
