Job Summary
Summary: The SAP HANA PMO Analyst/Executive plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of SAP HANA-related projects by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives managing project timelines and maintaining robust governance. This role is essential for driving project transparency facilitating cross-functional collaboration and enabling data-driven decision-making across the PMO. The individual will serve as a key liaison between project teams business stakeholders and executive leadership ensuring that project milestones are met risks are proactively managed and reporting is accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on project progress deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) for SAP HANA initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings including preparation of executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Identify and escalate risks issues and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards governance frameworks and project documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Assist in the coordination of change management and communication activities related to SAP HANA implementations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management business analysis or PMO support within an enterprise IT environment.
- Proven experience with SAP HANA or other SAP solutions in a project delivery context.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
