Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the companys agriculture and fresh produce products to pasar borong retailers
- distributors wholesalers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare and submit customer feedback and market insight.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the companys reputation in the market.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales marketing or agriculture related business is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (English is an added advantage)
- Self-motivated independent and result-driven.
- Must have own transportation and willing to travel within assigned state or nearby regions.
- Possess a smartphone and basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
