Sales Promoter

About the Role

We are currently supporting a humanitarian outreach initiative in collaboration with UNHCR Malaysia and are looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join the team as Brand Ambassadors.

In this role you will engage with members of the public through face-to-face interactions at events roadshows malls and designated campaign locations to raise awareness and support for refugee-related humanitarian efforts.

Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Represent UNHCR campaigns professionally at assigned locations
• Engage with members of the public through face-to-face interactions
• Share awareness on humanitarian and refugee-related initiatives
• Encourage public support through donor engagement activities
• Achieve daily and monthly engagement goals as part of the campaign team
• Participate in campaign briefings training sessions and team activities
• Maintain professional conduct and brand representation standards
  

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with the public in face-to-face environments
• Positive confident and energetic personality
• Able to work in malls events roadshows and outdoor campaign sites
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in events roadshows retail customer service sales hospitality or promotions will be an added advantage

Working Arrangement

• Location: Klang Valley
• Working days may include weekends based on campaign schedule
