About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts.
If you are passionate about sales enjoy meeting clients and have a strong hunter mentality while maintaining excellent customer relationships wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospect and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Generate and qualify new leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Understand customers business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends competitors and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline.
- 34 years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record in new business development (hunter role).
- Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
