What will you do on your journey with WebBeds
The Sales Manager / Executive will create sales revenue from new and existing clients and maintaining strong business relationship with clients. This includes accurately forecasting business and market needs formulating and implementing sales strategy and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key elements to this role include but not limited to:
Sales Strategy & Performance
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Monitor performance against targets and implement action plans to close gaps.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territories.
Client Acquisition & Account Management
Acquire manage and grow relationships with travel trade partners (agencies tour operators wholesalers tech partners).
Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on retention upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Train clients on WebBeds platform and encourage adoption of online tools and services.
Drive API business and support integration with technology partners.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activity and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis.
Track competition and provide market intelligence to support decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (contracting marketing operations tech support finance) to optimize service delivery.
Provide market feedback & recommend suitable products to the contracting team.
Support client onboarding integration issue resolution and payment processes.
Representation & Networking
Represent WebBeds at industry events trade shows and networking platforms to build pipeline and partnerships.

Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in business Sales Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales preferably in the travel hospitality or B2B distribution sector.
Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry and online booking platforms.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
