We develop flavours with superiorsensory attributes fitting to current market needs and complying with thestrictest safety and quality standards.

Tasks & responsibilities

Coordinate sample creation requests.
Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
Support export documents Free Sale Cert (FSC) Form D Form E Insurance Certificate.
To ensure regulatory compliance experience with Fosim DagangNet FMM CHUBB (Insurance) will be an added advantage.
Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices packing lists certificates of origin and Bills of Lading.
Schedule and coordinate shipments track delivery timelines and resolve logistical issues.
Experience in preparation on reports.

Qualifications & skills

Diploma in International trade Logistic Marketing Business or related field.
13 years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistic industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
Good understanding of export documents procedures incoterms and international trade regulations
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) Pivot tables; SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
