Scentium is a flavourdivision of the Iberchem Group in Spain. We develop flavours with superiorsensory attributes fitting to current market needs and complying with thestrictest safety and quality standards.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate sample creation requests.
• Track progress of sample development and maintain timelines.
• Maintain documentation and records of sample requests and approvals.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Support export documents Free Sale Cert (FSC) Form D Form E Insurance Certificate.
• To ensure regulatory compliance experience with Fosim DagangNet FMM CHUBB (Insurance) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in liaising with freight forwarders. Handle export documentation such as invoices packing lists certificates of origin and Bills of Lading.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments track delivery timelines and resolve logistical issues.
  
• Experience in preparation on reports.
  
  

Qualifications & skills

• Diploma in International trade Logistic Marketing Business or related field.
• 13 years of experience in Manufacturing / Logistic industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
  
• Good understanding of export documents procedures incoterms and international trade regulations
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) Pivot tables; SAP experience is a plus.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
