Job Summary
- Support customers by offering help and guidance when needed.
- Understand customers needs and recommend the best solutions for their homes.
- Use different IKEA sales and communication channels to serve customers effectively.
- Maintain a clean organised well-priced and fully stocked sales area.
- Learn about IKEA products and confidently share product knowledge with customers and coworkers.
- Understand store and department goals and contribute to achieving them.
- Drive sales by promoting top-selling and priority products while supporting store profitability.
Qualifications :
- Open to local candidates - Malaysian citizens
- Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Looking for a long-term part-time role (more than 3 months).
- Good communication skills.
- Confident in approaching and speaking with customers.
- Customer-focused business-minded and results-driven.
- Experience in a customer service or retail environment is an advantage.
- Interested in peoples everyday life at home and home furnishing.
- Well-disciplined detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
