RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maint)

As the RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maintenance) you will lead a team of engineers supervisors and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving Front-End manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with Production Process Engineering Quality and Manufacturing Excellence teams to ensure stable operations achieve operational KPIs and support business growth.

The successful candidate will champion a culture of safety accountability innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

• Lead and develop a team of engineers supervisors and technicians.
• Drive equipment uptime reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement sustainable improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with Production Process Engineering and Quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Support equipment installation upgrades and technology transfer projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets spare parts and vendor relationships.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics or related field).
• 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering or maintenance.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance reliability and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with OEE MTBF MTTR TPM Lean or Six Sigma tools.
• Strong leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
