Revenue Operations Specialist – Data Quality Management

This role is based in our Menara Skymind office.

The Role

This role helps to ensures and efficient and effective execution of the sales order process for the Informa Festivals Tech division. This includes the enabling the sales teams to efficiently and effectively move through the sales process and that they have the proper training tools and capabilities to do so. It is also the responsibility of Revenue Operations Specialist to ensure a streamlined downstream delivery of all contracts and products. This includes revenue recognition and product fulfilment and is done in coordination with Customer Success and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Contract management; is responsible for the data accuracy of the contract process and entries into the business systems

• Maintains sponsorship product inventory tracking documents

• Ensures invoices are issued based on validated data to avoid discrepancies and reduce the need for credit notes.

• Monitors and responds to internal and sales organization requests

• Supports the sales organization with the contract process and client-related requests

• Acts as the liaison between sales team and support teams for delivery preparation

• Is accountable for quality control on client billing invoicing and the main point of contact for sales on billing and invoicing

• Responsible for maintaining booth holds/rents via

• Responsible for maintaining Sales Inventory doc and Internal Product delivery Database

• Conducts audits and reconciles data disparities across systems

• Enforces best practices and data standardization

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within a quality control environment focusing on accuracy of data delivery reporting and reconciliation of sold programs.

• Highly organized with a strong ability to balance multiple projects at once while paying absolute attention to detail

• Focused on the accuracy and timeliness of billing delivery and deadlines

• A strong influencer who is able to coordinate across multiple internal teams including Sales Informa Engage Operations and Customer Success.

• Able to communicate conceptual solutions to peers and management effectively

• Exemplary high standards of customer service; motivated and driven to succeed
