SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Retail Manager or senior retail leadership role preferably within Retail or Fashion.
• Relevant degree / qualification i.e. Business Management.
• Strong understanding of customer experience Brand DNA and product-led retailing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results including wage management and cost-of-doing-business accountability.
• Experience coaching developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyse retail performance data and respond with actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-obsessed solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as VM and Merchandise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills across all levels.
• Proven capability to lead consistent store standards compliance and risk management.
• Ability to foster a connected inclusive and motivated team culture.
• Commitment to safety wellbeing and developing succession within the retail team.
