Retail Consultant Tawau, Sabah

• 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Maximum 45 working hours per week
• Monday Sunday (Rotational Shifts )
• 5 /6 Working Days per Week

• Basic Salary: RM 2150 RM 2500 (Based on Experience)

• Advise customers on the best mobile plans devices and broadband options for their needs.
• Drive branch revenue by upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service to build strong lasting relationships.
• Resolve customer inquiries complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.

• Process new account activations plan renewals and device upgrades smoothly.
• Ensure all customer documentation and transactions follow company procedures and rules.

• Stay fully updated on the latest promotions marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Use current promotional offers to attract customers and provide accurate information.

• Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Diploma holders with a minimum of 2 years sales & customer service experience (Telecom industry preferred)

• Experience in sales retail or telecom is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus)
• Basic Microsoft Office & computer skills
• Able to work shifts weekends & public holidays
