Reliability Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle test samples (preparation testing loading/unloading inspection) and ensure traceability in system.
• Collect and report test results.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of reliability test equipment and burn in station.
• Support engineers in executing qualification per test plan.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines in the reliability lab.
• Escalate abnormal test results or equipment issues to engineers promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with reliability/environmental test equipment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of test methods and measurement tools (multimeter digital communication analyzers microscope).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for data collection and reporting.
• Ability to follow test plans and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
