Regional Project Manager (APAC)

As a Project Manager this multifaceted role involves strategic project leadership and coordination. The Project Manager will execute core projects supporting APAC regional teams and collaborate seamlessly with Global teams in IT Sales Marketing and other key business areas. Responsibilities span project management including comprehensive planning milestone tracking and alignment with organizational objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is essential as the Project Manager coordinates project activities across teams. The role is responsible for reporting on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and efficient resource allocation are critical to ensuring successful project outcomes

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will be expected to provide leadership to project teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the execution of all projects to successful completion within designated time and budget

Creation of project and procedure templates

Formation of critical timelines

Information and Data gathering and reporting on a regular basis

Responsible for inter-department communication and coordination

Act as the main liaison between EPMO and the APAC regional stakeholders

Coordinate with regional leads and core departments on multiple time-zones to effectively manage the timely execution of global projects

Relationship building between stakeholders

Project documentation maintenance

Successful delivery of key digital and web projects for the company

Updating and creation of SOPs and Work Instructions

Become a super user of Project Management Software.

Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree in Project Management or a related field.

PMI certification is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering a variety of projects across technology marketing sales and operations.

Ability to deliver projects using various methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information are required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds.

Fluent in English; excellent written verbal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.

Comfortable adapting to multiple demands shifting priorities ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment.

Ability to travel for business purposes up to 10% of the time
