Regional Manager Sales Enablement

• Lead change management initiatives including cultural adoption and mindset shift across the region.
• Coordinate and deliver sales training programs ensuring localization and relevance for country needs.
• Enable front-line teams through tailored training coaching sessions and practical tool/application. 
• Drive adoption of new Go to Market(GTM) methodologies tools and processes by supporting teams through transitions.
• Develop and maintain regional enablement materials including playbooks guides and communication packages.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries and sales teams.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve training formats and content.
• Work closely with functional experts to ensure alignment of training with strategic priorities.
• Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys and foundational training.

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in sales enablement change management and commercial capability building.
• Proven ability to deliver and localize training for diverse audiences across countries.
• Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies tools and commercial processes.
• Skilled in creating structured enablement materials playbooks and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation coaching and stakeholder management skills across regional and local teams.
