We are seeking a strategic results-driven Regional Category Manager based in Petaling Jaya Malaysia to lead our Corporate Services and Financial Services categories. You will drive cost optimization business growth and regional category strategy while managing P&L performance cross-functional teams and key vendor/stakeholder partnerships.

We are seeking a Regional Category Procurement Manager for Corporate Services & Financial Services. If you have a strong procurement foundation in these categories and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with organizational objectives and regional market dynamics
• Manage regional P&L performance including budget planning forecasting and cost optimization initiatives
• Analyze market trends competitive landscape and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Lead vendor selection and relationship management to ensure optimal pricing quality and service delivery
• Oversee category performance metrics and KPIs providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Build and mentor teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
• Identify and drive business development opportunities within the Corporate Services and Financial Services sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including finance operations and business units to align category initiatives with organizational goals
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and positioning
• Implement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 7 years in regional category management procurement or supply chain across Southeast Asia.
• 5 years leading teams driving category strategy and managing multi-country portfolios.
• Direct expertise in Corporate Services/Financial Services including employee benefits insurance broker relationships policy renewals claims/loss-ratio analysis and regulated-industry vendors.
• Strong command of P&L management budgeting financial analysis and data-driven strategy execution.
• Track record in building procurement tools from scratch (dashboards performance trackers catalogues rate cards).
• Proven ability to negotiate manage key vendors and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of regional SEA market practices.
• Experience with supply chain optimization process improvement and digital procurement tools.
