Core Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting for assigned regional operations

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis across multiple markets/countries within the region

• Manage regional finance team and provide guidance to local finance staff

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulatory requirements

Key Financial Functions:

• Monthly/quarterly financial close processes and variance analysis

• Regional P&L management and performance reporting

• Cash flow management and working capital optimization

• Financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Strategic Duties:

• Support regional business development and market expansion initiatives

• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

• Lead regional budget reviews and business planning processes

• Collaborate with regional leadership on operational improvements

Stakeholder Management:

• Interface with corporate finance audit and executive teams

• Manage relationships with local finance teams and business unit leaders

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Present financial results to regional and corporate leadership

Leadership Requirements:

• Team management and development of finance professionals

• Process improvement and system optimization initiatives

• Cross-functional collaboration with operations legal and HR teams

• Mentor junior finance staff and build regional finance capabilities

Typical Qualifications: CPA/equivalent 8-12 years finance experience regional/international experience preferred strong analytical and leadership skills.
