Recruitment Researcher (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Researcher to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building relationships identifying top talent and supporting clients with their hiring this role you will focus on sourcing screening interview coordinating offer negotiating and matching candidates to job opportunities across various industries.

• Source identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.
  

• Conduct initial candidate screenings interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for client requirements.
  

• Manage the end-to-end candidate process from application through to placement ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
  

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand job briefs and client expectations.
  

• Prepare candidate profiles resumes and reports for submission to clients.
  

• Support candidates throughout the hiring process including interview preparation and feedback.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends job market conditions and recruitment best practices.
  

• Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
