Position Responsibilities:

• Drive Agency recruitment numbers for Northern Region

• Identify potential candidates to be recruited as Agency Leadersand Agents

• Host and organise business opportunity programsand seminars for potential recruits

• Maintain a database of potentialAgents for future recruitment

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably in the field of Agency Sales Marketing or Agency Development

• Goodresource in attractingpotential Agents from own contacts referralsor fromvarious social media platforms
