Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reliability Engineering Technician to support reliability testing and validation activities for semiconductor this role you will be responsible for executing reliability tests analyzing test data troubleshooting test setups and supporting laboratory operations to ensure product quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams while maintaining a safe organized and ESD-compliant laboratory environment.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and modify production test programs based on device test specifications for reliability testing.

  • Execute reliability testing and perform data conversion analysis and reporting to evaluate product performance.

  • Analyze reliability test results and determine whether testing should proceed to the next readpoint or require failure verification.

  • Perform reliability testing on multiple test platforms including Parset ETS88 and J800.

  • Conduct failure verification and support root cause investigations for failing samples.

  • Set up troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on DC test equipment and reliability test systems.

  • Support SMT equipment setup and operation including solder printer pick-and-place and reflow machines.

  • Perform incoming PCB inspections and construction analysis including X-ray inspection lead integrity and bend testing.

  • Prepare reliability and construction analysis reports and maintain MSLA documentation and reporting.

  • Provide technical support and training to Reliability Operators on daily operations and testing activities.

  • Maintain laboratory housekeeping (5S) and ensure compliance with ESD standards and safety requirements.

What Youll Need

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Good analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters oscilloscopes and power meters.

  • Experience in reliability laboratory operations and semiconductor reliability testing is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor devices such as diodes transistors MOSFETs logic devices and ICs will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
