QAQC Electrical (Industrial & Science) KLSelangor

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan for electrical works.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Method Statements quality procedures and testing protocols.
• Monitor the quality of electrical installation works including power distribution substations switchgear transformers UPS generators lighting grounding and ELV systems.
• Conduct site inspections audits and surveillance activities to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review material submittals shop drawings FAT/SAT reports and test documentation.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) corrective actions preventive actions and quality close-out activities.
• Coordinate with contractors consultants vendors commissioning teams and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations industry standards and applicable electrical codes.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for project stakeholders.
• Support testing commissioning punch list closure and final handover activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical QA/QC within large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in Industrial Semiconductor Data Centre Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Life Sciences or Mission-Critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems testing and commissioning processes and quality management systems.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
