Job Qualifications
* Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role preferably within an electronics manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings schematics and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies and components using various testing equipment and methodologies.
* Perform visual inspections for defects ensuring adherence to IPC standards and company specifications.
* Execute functional and electrical tests on products interpreting test results and identifying non-conformances.
* Document inspection and test results accurately and completely maintaining detailed records.
* Identify isolate and report non-conforming materials or products initiating appropriate corrective actions.
* Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.
* Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Collaborate with production engineering and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
* Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits as required.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
