Python Developer (AWS)

We are seeking a Python Developer (AWS) to keep cloud systems stable resolve production issues and deliver small enhancements on an AWS Lambda-based platform. You will work in a Scrum team supporting migration activities and improving reliability across AWS services in a client-facing environment.

• Build and enhance Python services running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Lambda
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable fixes
• Support migration-related activities and stabilize systems during change
• Deliver small features and enhancements from definition to release
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies including planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
• Partner with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain technical topics in plain language
• Maintain code quality through reviews testing and documentation
• Monitor service health and support continuous improvement of reliability and performance

• Proven experience with Python development in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and serverless services such as AWS Lambda
• Background in building and supporting APIs and integrating with cloud services
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot live issues and perform root cause analysis
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and delivering in short iterations
• Clear communication in English for client-facing collaboration
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Experience with Amazon Connect
• Familiarity with observability practices including logging monitoring and alerting
• Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives
