Protégé – Market Access (12 months)

The Protégé Market Access will support the Market Access team in Malaysia gaining hands-on exposure to patient access programmes pricing tender processes and compliance activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of market access operations strong collaboration with external partners and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.

• Supporting the oversight of Patient Access Programmes (PAP) by coordinating with outsourced partners to ensure compliance performance and timely execution
• Monitoring programme performance and contributing to regular reporting including monthly and quarterly analysis for commercial and finance stakeholders
• Assisting in the management of tender processes including preparation coordination and submission of required documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information including tracking adjustments discounts and reimbursement considerations
• Supporting the management of global pricing platforms by ensuring data accuracy system updates and user support for internal stakeholders
• Compiling and organising documentation for audits ensuring adherence to internal policies SOPs and compliance requirements
• Supporting legal and contractual processes related to market access activities including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and strengthen market access capabilities

• Bachelors degree in Business Life Sciences Healthcare or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality
• Proactive mindset with strong learning agility and interest in market access healthcare systems and patient affordability
