Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- This role is open for Penang R&D Sustaining Group
- Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets risk registers and action-item tracking.
- Manage project scope cost timelines and resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate project planning decision-making and problem-solving across Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Services and other stakeholders.
- Identify assess and proactively mitigate project risks while balancing schedule cost quality and feature requirements.
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- Build strong partnerships across functions to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide clear and timely project communications to project teams sponsors and leadership.
- Evaluate trade-offs and make recommendations to support business objectives and project success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable product development processes tools and governance requirements.
