• Develop and implement project management initiatives aligned with strategic HR goals.
• Establish best practices for project frameworks ensuring standardization and efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outcomes addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Organize and facilitate governance forums such as Design Authority and SteerCo to enable strategic alignment on design and solution.
• Serves as a specialist within own discipline may lead functional teams/projects works independently.
  

• Oversee the work ofthe consultant supporting the project providing guidance and direction as needed.
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed from a quality control standpoint maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.
• May manage professionals and has accountability for the performance and results of a team within the purview of the project

• Identify and raise risks associated with the project developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate strong stakeholder management engaging with CoE HR and HR Techteams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CoE LBU HR and HR Tech.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in HR-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Talent Acquisition/Core HCM.
• Excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and risk management.
• Strong quality control and attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on HR-related projects.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition/Core HCM is required.
