Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to successful delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from handover through engineering procurement construction commissioning and final handover ensuring they are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. What Youll Own

• Manage the full lifecycle of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar projects from project handover to final completion.
• Plan monitor and control project schedules budgets resources and deliverables to deliver safely on time and within budget.
• Coordinate engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to maintain smooth execution at every phase.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants subcontractors suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope variations change orders and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements safety regulations quality standards and company policies.
• Review project progress budgets forecasts and resource allocation providing regular updates to management and clients.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure successful testing commissioning project completion and final handover.
• Any other duties as assigned to support business operations and project requirements.

What Were Looking For

• Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelors Degree Professional Degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering Renewable Energy or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar projects.
• Proven track record in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar project delivery end to end.
• Familiarity with Malaysian local authority approval processes TNB/utility interconnection requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications AutoCAD Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Demonstrated leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects work with autonomy and travel to project sites as required.
