Project Manager Assistant Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end retail store fit-out refurbishment and renovation projects from planning through handover.
• Develop design concepts layouts and space planning solutions for retail stores.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings 3D renderings presentations and project documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords consultants contractors suppliers and relevant authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
• Manage project schedules budgets resources risks and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor site progress and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Retail Operations Finance Procurement Marketing and Facilities teams.
• Review contractor quotations negotiate project costs and support procurement activities.
• Ensure timely project reporting and communication to management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project execution.
• Maintain accurate project records budgets and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in interior design Architecture Project Management Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years & above of relevant experience in retail project management retail fit-out renovation or construction projects.
• Experience working with retail chains shopping mall developments or commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out companies will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies construction processes and procurement procedures.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 3D Studio Max (or equivalent visualization software) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for project site visits when required.
