We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Lawyer to join our legal team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling projects ensuring all legal documentation transactions and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.

Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Remuneration: up to RM 5000

What Youll Do:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice services legal documents in matters of related to the project i.e. Sale and Purchase Agreement Deed of Mutual Covenant Loans documents
• Liaise with developers purchasers banks government agencies consultants and other stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions where necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
• Minimum 25 years experience in conveyancing (freshly admitted lawyers with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply)
• Strong drafting analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
