Project Engineer

To support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects by coordinating technical stakeholder and project management activities. The role will work closely with the Project Management Team to facilitate project execution monitor project progress coordinate interfaces and support effective communication between project stakeholders.

• Support the Project Management Team in the planning coordination and delivery of project activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs interfaces and stakeholder actions to support timely project execution.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and project reviews including preparation of minutes action logs and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project registers records and documentation in accordance with project procedures and document control requirements.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors authorities and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Assist in the review and coordination of technical submissions project deliverables and progress against agreed milestones.
• Support site inspections technical meetings and stakeholder engagements as required.
• Assist in identifying tracking and resolving project risks issues and interface matters.
• Support stakeholder coordination interface management and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports presentations dashboards and management updates.
• Undertake other project delivery and coordination duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in infrastructure transportation rails aviation or major development projects.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
• Good understanding of project delivery coordination and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Malaysian authorities approval processes and stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.
